Supernova Clean Terms & Conditions of service are provided below.
Legally Binding Agreement
By signing a contract with Supernova Clean, you are signing a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be surrendered as damages.
Product Warranties
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. Supernova Clean makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, Supernova Clean should be notified immediately.
Water Usage
By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Supernova Clean the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.
Electrical Usage
By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Supernova Clean the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required, it will be at an additional charge.
Courtesy
While Supernova Clean is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off cleaned surfaces for at least 24 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety as well as our own.
Furniture & Contents
Removal and replacement of furniture, rugs, and any other items from areas to be cleaned are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to move items, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage, or storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.
Payments
Payments to Supernova Clean are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check, cash, or approved electronic payment. All balances are due upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing on our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Supernova Clean related to the collection of outstanding balances.
Scheduling
Scheduling may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather or unforeseen delays. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum. You will be notified of any changes to your appointment as soon as possible.
Stains & Pre-Existing Conditions
Some stains cannot be removed by carpet or upholstery cleaning. Pet urine, bleach spots, paint, permanent dyes, and set-in stains are examples of conditions that may not be fully removed. We make every attempt to identify these areas when quoting the project. Supernova Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or staining that cannot be remediated through standard cleaning methods.
Damages
Supernova Clean is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed carpet or flooring, pre-existing damage, defective materials, or conditions that were not disclosed prior to service. We expect your property to be in good repair before our arrival. Supernova Clean is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions including loose seams, worn backing, or unstable flooring materials.
Color & Appearance Variances
The age, fiber type, and condition of carpet or upholstery can affect the resulting appearance after cleaning. While we make every effort to achieve the best possible result, some variance in color or texture may occur due to the natural properties of the materials being cleaned.
Drying Time
Carpets and upholstery must be allowed to dry fully after cleaning. Drying times vary depending on fiber type, humidity, and ventilation. Supernova Clean is not responsible for any issues arising from foot traffic or use of cleaned surfaces before they are fully dry.
